Conditions of day trips, tours and other activities

The different trips and activities that you can find on this website may have different conditions and forms of payment. Check the page of each trip and activity. To make a reservation some trips and activities are paid in full others are paid only a deposit. You can pay with the secure Redsys or Stripe online gateways, in these gateways you can pay with different debit and credit cards directly to Helena Persson Hansson (Marbella Sun Trips). Some trips and activities can be paid by giving card data by phone, never send card data by email or by contact forms as this is not a safe mode.

The trips and other activities where full payment is required can be canceled with the right of a refund as long as the cancellation is made with enough time. In many cases it is enough to cancel the day before. On the trips and other activities where only a deposit is required, in case of cancelations the deposit is not refundable. For all trips and activites, not cancel on time and not be at the meeting point at the agreed time is considered NO SHOW and the amounts paid will not be refunded.
In all cases bank fees and commisions will be deducted from the amount to refund, the refunds will be done with same payment method.

The abandonment or separation of the group during the tour, suppose the loss of all rights of total or partial claim or compensation. The Travel Agency states that it operates as an intermediary between the clients and the transportation company, restaurant or any other borrower. It is also not responsible for delays in collections, losses, accidents, damages or other irregularities that may occur. The booking of any of these tours implies the acceptance of these conditions.

We reserve the right to modify the frequencies of each of the listed trips, increasing or decreasing them by high or low season. 

We reserve the right to cancel any trip (due to weather etc.), in this case a full refund will be done. 

We are not responsible for delays that may occur in the maritime services (Tangier trip) nor for any extra expenses out of program, arising out of this.

When making a reservation we guarantee a seat on the bus, but we can not assign you any particular seat. The only responsible for the seats is the guide on the bus.

For tours and trips outside Spain (Gibraltar and Tangier), it is the passengers responsibility to consult with the competent authorities what documents are needed and take them on the trip (passport, visa etc.).

At the time of making a reservation, we will consider these conditions accepted by user.

Marbella Sun Trips operates as as an intermediary between the client and the tour operator.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction. - These legal conditions have been drafted by virtue of Spanish law.

Modification of the content of the legal notice. - These conditions may be modified at any time, taking into account the evolution of this website and the contents offered therein. In this case, users will be informed of these modifications by means of a notice on the main page.
