Booking Terms & Cancellations Costa Nagueles 2:
Option 1: Non refundable booking deposit of 50% of total cost to
be paid to confirm reservation. Balance be paid in full on arrival.
Cancellations: The deposit
of 50% of total cost will be forfeited.
Option 2: Non refundable booking deposit of 25% of total cost to be paid to confirm reservation. Balance be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure full payment required. Cancellations: Charges will apply for cancellations within the 8 week period before the departure date, as a percentage of the entire holiday cost. Between 8 and 6 wks: 30%. Between 6 and 4 wks: 45%. Between 4 and 2 wks: 60%. Between 2 wks and departure date: 100%.
Option 1 and 2:
A damage deposit of 500 € will be blocked on your credit card or paid on arrival in cash in the currency of your choice. Damage deposit will be returned on departure if there are no problems. Damage deposit balance will be returned within 10 days if there are unpaid charges (e.g. additional cleaning, extra services charges, loss of keys or remote controls etc.) or damage to the property.
Any excess cleaning on departure will be deducted from the damage deposit. Any damage above the damage deposit amount will be charged in addition to the damage deposit.
Insurance against cancellation is strongly recommended. If you pay by credit card, some of the credit card companies cover you for travel insurance, check with your credit card company if you have travel insurance and what is included. If the If the Guest chooses not to take out adequate insurance the Owner will not accept any liability.
The Owner reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking arrangements. In the event of cancellation the Owner shall be liable only for the return of any monies received.
The Owner reserves the right to ask you to vacate the property at 10.00 on your departure date and that the time of arrival is no earlier than 14.00. This is in the case there are guests leaving or arriving on the same date. (please understand this is not always the case however we must prepare for the next client if the change is on the same day).
The maximum persons allowed in the properties must be respected, the maximum
number of persons allowed is specified on the web and in booking forms. Pets are not allowed.
The Guest may take up residence on the date the booking commences and must vacate on the date the booking ends.
The Guest undertakes to keep the house and its contents in the same state of repair and condition as at the beginning of the holiday and to inform the manageress of any accidental breakages which may occur. The Guest will be responsible for the cost of any damage caused by him or his party or any additional cleaning charges.
The Owner reserves the right to charge a Damage/Good Housekeeping damage deposit, which is refundable on departure and inspection of the vacated property.
The Owner reserves the right to demand the withdrawal without notice of any person whose conduct is prejudicial to the well being of other persons in the environs of the house.
We are not responsible for the bank charges, so if you choose to use PayPal's secure system there will be an increase of 4%, if you choose bank transfer, the bank transfer cost must be paid by the guest.
If the departure time is between 00.00hrs and 8.00hrs the damage deposit will be transferred to a bank account of the guests choice once the property has been inspected (bank charges to be paid by the guest). ´
The apartments which have comunal pool: If the community decides to close the pool for the winter months, or for mainenance or any other reason the Owners are not responsible.
Until the booking is confirmed, the rates advertised are subject to change without notice.
The Owner shall mean persons responsible of the property i.e. Pacos Pros S.L
The Guest shall mean the person signing the Booking Form.
The person renting property must be over 18 years of age.
