This fabulous villa just a short walk to the beach and Marbella town centre is one of the best positions for those holidays. The private pool and gardens are perfect for the kids to play as it is a very safe area even though you are so close to everything it is so peaceful. Great for out of season holidays as there is a heated pool to enjoy.

Consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, sofa-bed and air-conditioning.

All inclusive rates incorporating: service on arrival & departure; 'welcome' food pack, electricity, water, linen, towels and final clean, on 2 week bookings or more a weekly clean is included. We have a limited number of travel cots and high chairs (free of charge). 

Extra services: baby-sitting, child minding, extra maid service and catering by arrangement. We organise airport transport: by taxi, car rental, minibus, we also offer a wide range of day trips  Internet mobile for rent (limited units) and portable air-condition for rent (limited units), (this is for the properties which do not have these facilities).

Flexible booking policy: No restrictions with regard to the day or time of your arrival to & departure from the property, however if we have an other client arriving or departing on the same day we would have to ask for your collaboration as we have to prepare the properties for the next client. Rates for extra days, short & longer lets available on request.
