This charming villa is built in a traditional Andalucian style. Newly renovated, it includes all modern equipment, such as A/C in all rooms, all kitchen and laundry facilities, a projector TV with large screen etc. All bed rooms have separate doors out to the beautiful gardens, which offers a private 3x8 m pool, two sun shaded verandas, a sun deck with sun chairs, tables and more.
The villa is located in a very quite area and still just 10 min drive from the beach, many high standard golf courses, restaurants, bars in Puerto Banus and Marbella. The drive from Malaga airport takes less than one hour.

Consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with dining area, kitchen, several terraces, air-conditioning and private pool.

Sleeps maximum 6 persons.

Services included: We look after you! On arrival Wendy meets you to give you the keys and shows you around the property. There will be a welcome food pack to be enjoyed. If you have any problems or would like any extra services i.e. baby-sitting, daily maid service or anything at all we will do our best to help. All inclusive rates incorporating: service on arrival & departure; 'welcome' food pack, electricity, water, linen, towels and final clean, on 2 week bookings or more a weekly clean is included. We have a limited number of travel cots and high chairs (free of charge). 

Extra services: baby-sitting, child minding, extra maid service and catering by arrangement. We organise airport transport: by taxi, car rental, minibus, we also offer a wide range of day trips  Internet mobile for rent (limited units) and portable air-condition for rent (limited units), (this is for the properties which do not have these facilities).

Flexible booking policy: No restrictions with regard to the day or time of your arrival to & departure from the property, however if we have an other client arriving or departing on the same day we would have to ask for your collaboration as we have to prepare the properties for the next client. Rates for extra days, short & longer lets available on request.
